Matariki (our own 100wc)

Every year when the Matariki stars shine... The mother said "it’s CELEBRATE DAY". Let’s put up fireworks and the flying kites too. Father said "let’s go". The father, Ranginui was living with the mother, papatuanuka they could see the stars shooting to the ISLAND. Then we can Celebrate. Ranginui said “Ok then, let’s celebrate, YAY”. By Zoe

    Great writing!
    I like how you used parts of a legend to write your own story. Great use of capital letters to make a word stand out and to show when characters are shouting words.
