Reflection on  2013

         

Hi my name is Zoe and I’m working with Osheana.

My favourite part was camp and eating a hamburger for dinner at camp. (Zoe)

My favourite part was kitchen science. (Osheana)

The important thing that I learnt was Lava lamp. (Zoe) the important thing that I learnt was learning how to do more maths learning more then what I did know before then what i know now. (Osheana)  The most challenging was Athletics. (Zoe) the most challenging was writing.(Osheana)

FIRE WORKS

Guy fawkes day is a day for fire works

looks like giant poms poms exploding in the blue dark sky 

smells like smoke going  as pretty as butterfly's 

exploding around the fire works

as sparkly as pixie dust

flying in the air.

Story

And I saw a bright light... Once I was going to the shop to get my mum some veges for my mums soup, but suddenly there was a tornado and there was no escape! I yelled "HELP" but nobody heard me, I started to have tears in my eyes and I saw a bright light. Then came a fairy. I said "Who are you?" "I’m your fairy god mother and I’m here to get you away from the evil robber. She’s bad. Do you know why? Because she is a robber. She is called evil Ella and you’re the only one that could stop evil Ella". "Hello evil Ella. Stop this robbing". "But I can’t stop little girl" "Don’t call me a little girl ok." Then I turned into a princess and made the tornado disappear, and then I tranformed back into a girl at the shop. I said that was a great adventure. I went and told mum all about it. The End

Can you infer what I am? I have a long body and have a long toungeand I have scales on my back?

Kapa haka

Kapa haka Geuss what? In kapa haka we pratice on the stage. In September we are going to show our kapa haka dance to the hole school. Do you know what? When we do kapa haka on thursdays sometimes Matua Shaun's baby comes and watch.

BIG FOOT

BIG FOOT Once there was a human that saw a giant’s foot at the beach. Kaspar yelled, EVERYONE THERE WAS A GIENT’S FOOT. So everyone came and saw the giant’s foot. Next morning kaspar say I can see the giant THE GIANT, RUN FOR YOURE LIVES. Kaspar say to everyone I got a plan, kaspar say’s we can make a big foot trap, ok and everyone say’s ok. So they got a net a giant one and a long a very long rope to tie it on to the big giant net, and when big foot came yay they caught big foot. THE END FROM ZOE,’/

Matariki (our own 100wc)

Every year when the Matariki stars shine... The mother said "it’s CELEBRATE DAY". Let’s put up fireworks and the flying kites too. Father said "let’s go". The father, Ranginui was living with the mother, papatuanuka they could see the stars shooting to the ISLAND. Then we can Celebrate. Ranginui said “Ok then, let’s celebrate, YAY”. By Zoe

My pants got muddy because I was banging into plants because Leah was running so fast and I was trying to catch her.

There was a villain called Windy John. He likes to be mean to the sun. Windy John love eating fish. The sun said “Stay away from me Windy John.”

“Windy John PLEASE don’t do this. Please don’t destroy my kids that want to keep warm.” “But but” said Windy John. “But no buts” said the sun. “Ok I’ll be nice to the kids.”

Emily and the two aliens

When Emily was asleep she had a dream. Emily saw a sticky and a hot dog Alien.    Hot dog alien said welcome to bouncy moon. Emily shared my food with sticky Alien and hot dog Alien. Hot dog Alien had some cookies and then ...  sticky alien wanted some too. So Emily shared. Then we bounc on the bouncy moon. Then we saw a colourful rocket. I said good bye Aliens. Then Emily woke up. Emily said that was fun I should do that again. Next time she had a dream. Her friends was happy.                                THE END

I made this pic collage all about caterpillars. I love caterpillars because there are so cute. I made photos of caterpillars. I saw a cocoon.

Easter

Guess what? We hunted for easter eggs. I hid one for my brother Kaja and Chloe hid them too.
We ate some at night. They were so yum and tasty.      I love easter because the eggs are as yum as cakes.
I think I got 9 easter eggs.. yummy! I could not stop eating them. Then we got a teddy and it was a duck and a rabit. 1 rabit 1 duck. It was so fun.

             If we share...

If we share our life what could it be?  In the world we need food and drink to live and if we shared our food and drink.

No one will be hungry. If everyone would share we would have enough food and drink. What would we do if we didn't?

We need to have healthy lunches and healthy dinners like Veggies, like sandwiches. It’s good and healthy for your teeth.

People will be nice and kind.

Yesterday we did  parachute with the balls on top of the parachute. I loved it!

Our bush walk

When I went into the bust I felt like I was in a jungle. I heard some birds. I saw a kereru. I put my hand in teh stream and it was cold.

Swimming

Every day we need to swimming because we need to learn how to swim. I can float on my back and on my front. I can do freestyle. I can float.
